Even though it's important to include your top keywords in your title tag it's also important not to overload your title tag and to make sure it makes sense to humans and not just search engine spiders.

The Description Tag is the second most important meta tag. The Description tag text will be the text that shows up in the search engines as your get this Description. It's important once again to make sure your keywords are in this meta tag and that it's actually written so humans want to click on your link.

The Keywords Tag is the least important meta tag because some search engines don't consider them at all when calculating your webpages worth while some search engines still use them so it's important to include them in your meta tags in order to maximize your Seo campaign.
